Main aspects of our human resource development strategy

Human resource development has a fundamental relevance in our clinics. Good examples therefore are the different vocational schools, the Academic Institute for Health and Social Professions and several continuing and further education regulations.

Collegiality is obligatory for us. Reconciliation of work and family life is of fundamental importance.

We support and challenge our employees – for potential applicants we want to be a popular employer in the health care sector.
